Shipping & Returns

Shipments

Orders are shipped from Barcelona or Andorra and depending on the distance to the destination the delivery times vary as indicated in the table.

We offer free shipping on orders above 80€/$95USD.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When it is shipped, you will receive the Tracking ID of your order. If you have questions about shipping times you can write to hi@petitbain.co or our instagram account @petitbainbrand.

We strive to ship in the shortest possible time at business hours and to keep track of all our shipments arriving on time. International shipping must take into account the possible delays caused by customs papers that each country handles.

Our handling times are between 24-32h after you submit your order (on working days). Purchases made on the weekends are handled and dispatched on Monday - Tuesday.

Standard shipping to European countries include: Germany, Belgium, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, United Kingdom, Switzerland.

 

Returns and exchanges

If you would like to exchange your return your PetitBain we will be happy to assist you.

To request a return or exchange to the following:

1. Email us at hi@petitbain.co with the subject "Return or Exchange Request" with your Order #, the item you would like to exchange, and the item you would like to exchange it for.
2. We will send you instructions to ship back your items.
3. Once we review the condition of the garments, and wether the desired replacements are in stock, we will ship your new garment or proceed with the reimbursement of the amount.
​We recommend that for product exchanges you consult beforehand wether the item is in stock. You can guarantee the availability by purchasing your desired item and submitting the return request afterwards. 
We want our customers to be satisfied with their product which is why we include one size exchange at no extra cost with each order. If the item size you desire is out of stock, we will evaluate the case individually to ensure you are satisfied with your exchange.

You can request returns and exchanges up to 30 calendar days after your purchase.

For product returns, we offer either a reimbursement or store credit equivalent to the value paid.

If your return is due to factory quality deficiencies, we will offer you the possibility of full refund or replacing your product for one that meets the quality standards.

Have in mind that refunds will be made to the same payment method you selected, and they take between 2-15 business days to show up on your account depending on the payment method that you selected during checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before any exchange or return verify the condition of the garments: They should be unused, unworn, and with all their labels (including hygienic labels, both for bikinis and swimwear). We will check on their condition upon arrival.
